Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said Turkey evacuated 230 people from Yemen.
"230 people, including a number of foreign nationals, were evacuated from the Yemeni capital, Sana'a, to İstanbul," RIA Novosti cited his post on Twitter.
The Minister also thanked the Turkish Navy, personnel of Turkish Airlines and Turkish diplomats for their contribution to the success of the evacuation of Turkish citizens and foreigners from Yemen.
According to Sabah daily, there are 185 Turkish citizens and 45 foreigners among those who arrived in Istanbul.
