A criminal case was opened in the Izobilnensky District of the Stavropol Territory against an investigative authority of the Ust-Jegutinsky District of Karachay-Cherkessia. The officer is suspected of taking 74 cows and 6 horses from a farmer as part of an alleged investigation into a theft of 15 cattle, as stated by Yekaterina Danilova, senior assistant of the regional investigative directorate, Yuga.ru reports.The suspected officer and his executives committed the crime in Kozlov in June 2013. The farmer suffered a loss of 5 million rubles.
