Military experts from US and Turkey will make an observation flight over the territory of Russia under the Treaty on Open Skies on April 13-17.
"During the flight, Russian specialists will monitor adherence to the agreed flight parameters and the use of equipment," the head of the Russian National Nuclear Threat Reduction Center, Sergey Ryzhkov, said.
