Nikolai Takushinov, the head of the Council of Veterans of War, Labour, Military Service and Law Enforcement of Karachay-Cherkessia clarified that veterans in Karachay-Cherkessia will get free rides permanently, Interfax-South reports.He added that the veterans and soldiers disabled in the Great Patriotic War, victims of blockades and concentration camps will enjoy the benefit. Veterans only need to call a taxi center and name the address, show the taxi driver their ID and name the destination.
