The Stavropol Court has declined all lawyers’ appeals of the mass brawl in Mineralniye Vody in September 2014, according to Spokeswoman of the Court Oksana Melikhova, TASS reports.The first court session was set to April 29. Preliminary hearings continuing for three days because of the high number of suspects, 27 in total, have come to an end.Four of the suspects are charged with murder and hooliganism. The suspects may spend their life in jail. Others may get 7 years of jail for hooliganism.
