Azerbaijani border guards wounded an Iranian smuggler carrying 2kg of heroin and 3kg of marijuana at Dyalyal (Jalilabad District) today. The smuggler resisted detention. Other smugglers took advantage of the dark and the landscape to evade the border guards, APA reports.
The wounded smuggler was given medical aid and remains in stable condition. The guards are searching for other violators.
