Sochi Mayor Anatoly Pakhomov has urged residents to avoid making a mess in the local area, noting that the resort has laws in beautification, for non-compliance of which penalties have been introduced.
City officials, who recently conducted a Sabbatarian in the village of Akhshtyr, showed an example for Sochi residents. Roads were repaired in a week, bushes trimmed, benches and fences painted, debris removed. The mayor asked villagers to do the same thing now, but on their own, the portal South reports.
