According to a spokesperson of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, a forest is burning in the Gergebilsky District of Dagestan.
"It was informed that the forest is burning near the village of Kikuni. It was discovered after arrivak that the fire has spread over dead standing trees and forest on an area of 10-12 hectares. Specialists are currently extinguishing the fire," Tass cites him as saying.
