70th anniversary of Great Victory to be immortalized by bike ride in Makhachkala
Makhachkala students and the dean of the Department of Electronics of the Telecommunications and Multimedia Technology Dagestan State Technical University have held a bike ride dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
The idea of the bike ride belonged to the dean of the Department of Radio Electronics, Timur Aygumov, the organizer of the event.
The students and the dean started from Rasul Gamzatov Avenue and then moved down the streets of Rasul Gamzatov - Tsadasa - Zavodskoy Lane - Korkmasova - Sheboldaeva - Yaragskogo - Kotrova - Stalsky - Levanevskogo - Gorky - Dahadaeva - Dalgat - Kapieva - to the finish line, the central square of Makhachkala, where they "drew" the figure 70.
The organizers hope that this event will support a healthy lifestyle and the development of cycling in particular.
The dean and the students are going to organize another 70-kilometer-bike ride in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Victory, which is to take place in Makhachkala on the 9th of May.
