Heydar Aliyev International Airport, located in Baku, is operating normally despite strong winds, Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) said.
According to gismeteo.ru, winds in the northern area of the airport are up to 9 m/s. Weather forecasters promise that it will settle down in the evening, Trend reports.
