The Moscow City Court has left Shadid Gubashev, a suspected murderer of Russian oppositionist Boris Nemtsov, under arrest, echoing the ruling of the Basmanny Court to keep him detained until April 28, Interfax reports.The appeal of Gubashev’s lawyer Ilya Trofimov was declined. The advocate had noted that Zaur Dadayev, the main suspect of the case, had not testified against his client.The Basmanny Court will consider further extension of Gubashev’s arrest this week.
