According to preliminary data, one militant was killed during a special operation in the Karabudakhkent district of Dagestan, where a counter-terrorist operation (CTO) regime was introduced this morning.
"In the village of Novy Paraul, security forces surrounded a house where they knew a militant was hiding. After they had surrounded it, a man ran out of the house and tried to fire a grenade launcher at them, but was killed by return fire," TASS cited a source in the republic’s law enforcement agencies.
