The Crimea authorities will help local Muslims with Hajj.
According to Ruslan Balbec, vice-Premier of the Crimean government, the Crimean authorities will help local Muslims to perform Hajj, irrespective of their income level.
It was a response to Mustafa Cemil's statement, member of Verkhovnaya Rada of Ukraine, that the Muslims of Crimea are able to perform Hajj only with passports of Ukraine and the Ukrainian quota.
Balbec also underlined politics and Hajj should not be mixed. He pointed out that in 2014 150 pilgrims from Crimea perfumed Hajj without any problems.
