Azerbaijan Railways CJSC (ADY) is about to complete dismantling of the old Baku-Khirdalan-Sumgait railway. According to ADY, currently the works are conducted at the 4.7 km section of the railroad.
"The total length of the railway is 63 km and for today 28 km have already been repaired," abc.az cited ADY's message.
After the railway will be reconstructed, the trip from Baku to Sumgait will take only 40 minutes.
