Russian Emergencies Ministry evacuates 128 people from Nepal

Two Russian Emergencies Ministry planes have evacuated 128 citizens of Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Latvia, Ukraine and Israel  from Kathmandu.


The planes brought to Nepal a team of Emergencies Ministry rescuers, which includes around 100 specialists from the Centrospas rescue group and the Russian Emergencies Ministry’s Center Leader.


The planes also delivered to Nepal five special vehicles and high-tech equipment. Nepalis will also receive more than 2 tons of food and basic necessities, TASS reports.
