Weather forecasters have warned Stavropol Territory about storms, downpours, hail and squalls heading towards the region, Yuga.ru reports.
Heavy rain is expected in the next 3-6 hours, continuing throughout the end of April 30 - May 1. Wind speeds may reach up to 20m/s. The region has a high risk of floods, car accidents, collapses of roofs, power lines, billboards and trees.
