Yesterday, on the Day of Spring and Labor, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov visited Chechnya at the invitation of the head of the republic, Ramzan Kadyrov. Together they rode on motorcycles around Grozny, Argun, Gudermes and Tsentaroy.
"He expressed a desire to travel around the republic to see what is changing in the socio-economic sphere with his own eyes. With Anton Germanovich, accompanied by friends, we toured Grozny, visited Argun, Gudermes and my ancestral village of Tsentaroy," Kadyrov wrote about the trip on Instagram.
