According to the Turkish news agency Anadolu, the new airport in the Turkish province of Ordu in north-eastern Turkey starts its work on the 22nd of May.
The new airport will service domestic flights, Trend reports.
In addition, Turkey is currently building six new airports, one of which will be the third airport in Istanbul.
