The Russian Federal Anti-Monopoly Service has fined Dagestangazservis with over 8 million rubles for demanding payments from consumers for connecting them to the gas network. The service is free of charge, RIA Dagestan reports.
The organization is now compelled to allocated over 1 million rubles made by granting technical documentation of gas network designs or boilers for legal bodies.
