A rally in Antalya is to be held in honor of the 70th anniversary of the Victory.
"Drivers started from the area of Antalya Lara, and then, accompanied by music of the war years, proceeded to the district administration of Konyalty. With a minute of silence we paid tribute to all those who died in the war. Then the motorcade went to the house of the last veteran living in the city – front-line nurse Valentina Petrovna Latifova, to congratulate her," RIA Novosti quotes the organizer of event, journalist Maria Cristina Fadeyeva, as saying.
The rally was attended by 25 cars. The cars of the participants were decorated with St. George ribbons and stickers "Thank you for the victory!", "We Remember" and "Glory to the hero-victors".
