ISIS releases Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi's first message in months

ISIS (a terrorist group banned in Russia) have issued a video recording of its leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi on several militant websites.

In the message, al-Baghdadi calls on every Muslim to take up arms and join Islamic State wherever they live.

It was al-Baghdadi’s first message since a number of media reports said he was wounded, however, this record has not yet been verified.
