Border guards have detained a boat with six Kazakhstani poachers in the Caspian Sea yesterday, as stated by Askhat Paltushev, the acting commander of military base N2201, at a session of the coordinating headquarters of the Bekire-2015 Operations, in Atyrau, Interfax-Kazakhstan reports.
The poachers had a dozen carps and fishing nets. Paltushev confirmed that they had been firing at the border guards.
