Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the appointment of Ilgar Mustafayev as head of the State Flag Square Complex, the official website of the President says.
Earlier, Aliyev dismissed the previous head of the State Flag Square Complex, Rashad Mamedov, Trend reports.
Before being appointed by President Ilham Aliyev to the post of Head of the State Flag complex area, Ilgar Mustafayev Gosflaga was an employee of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. At the same time, he is the director of the Khazar Development Fund.
Ilgar Mustafayev was previously awarded the Taraggi Medal for preservation of the heritage of Heydar Aliyev.
