According to sociologist Aharon Adibekyan, every fifth couple divorces in Armenia.
"Armenia is a follower of the traditional model of the family. In the world the number of divorces is 70-80%, in capitals about 60%, in Russia about 50%, in Armenia only 20%. It shows that every fifth marriage ends in divorce," Novosti-Armenia quotes his interview with the Sputnik-Armenia radio station.
