It would be a movement for children aged 10-12, lacking ideological or political elements, Yuga.ru reports.
Dmitry Polonsky, deputy head of the Crimean Council of Ministers, the minister of home affairs, information and communication, clarified that the uniform of the movement will include the well-known red tie that Soviet pioneers used to wear.
