Reconstruction work has started on the high-rise building which was hit by fire in Baku.
The polyurethane covering the building’s burned surface is being dismantled from today.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has allocated AZN 3 million for reconstruction of the building, APA reports.
