Am unexploited building of the Railway College crashed down yesterday in the city of Kamensk in the Rostov region. According to the website of the regional EMERCOM, debris will be taken away on the 25th of May.
EMERCOM also noted that the building of the college is 74 years old, and it has not been exploited since 2011.
