Former Moscow mayor Yury Luzhkov gave his first lecture to students at the capital’s International University on Wednesday, RIA Novosti reports.
Luzhkov took the job of the dean of the large cities management department after President Dmitry Medvedev dismissed him on September 28 over a "loss of trust."
Some 150 students attended the two-hour lecture. Luzhkov declined however to talk about his likely successor, Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Sobyanin. "I don't want to get into this," he said.
