President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his spouse, the chairperson of the Baku-2015 First European Games Organizing Committee, Mehriban Aliyeva, have attended the opening of the Athletes and Media Villages.
The Minister of Youth and Sports, the Chief Executive Officer of Baku 2015, Azad Rahimov, said that there are 13 apartment blocks and an administrative building in the Village. Some 7499 people can be accommodated in 1042 apartments here.
The head of state and his spouse viewed the apartments, a trade center, restaurants, which offer samples of world and Azerbaijani cuisine, and a medical center.

There are 4 apartment blocks in the Media Village, where a total of 1830 people can be accommodated in 536 apartments, APA reports.
