The death toll from a flood in Russia's Krasnodar Territory has reached 15, the Southern Regional Center of the Russian Emergencies Ministry said. Eight people are still missing, RIA Novosti reports.
The rescue services said that they have completed work to resupply the affected parts of the region with energy.
