Heavy rain which has covered Stavropol Territory has left 4,000 homes without electricity, broken gas pipes and flooded vegetable gardens in districts of the region.
A local department of the EMERCOM reported that rain and wind broke several power lines, dropped two poles, which led to a lost of electricity for 4000 subscribers and 8 socially important objects. At the same time, a pipeline of low pressure to the villages of Pravokumskoe, Priozerskoe and Vladimirovka was broken.
The scale of damage is so large that the completion of repair works is scheduled today for 21:00.
