Armenia has 102,000 students, as stated by Armenian Deputy Education Minister Karine Arutyunyan at the parliament. 94,000 of the students attend public higher education centers, 10,700 receive scholarships, 256 of them receive scholarships from foreign education centers and funds, News.am reports.
The country has 913 post-graduates, 213 resident physicians, 18 doctoral candidates.
They all attend 22 public higher education centers, 5 of which operate within the framework of interstate agreements, and 35 private centers.
