Azamat Tazhayakov, a friend from Kazakhstan of Boston Marathon blast organizer Dzhokhar Tsarnayev, has been sentenced to 42 months in jail for hindering the investigation process. A jury declared him guilty in July, RIA Novosti reports.
Tazhayakov and Kadyrbayev from the University of Massachusetts were trying to hide evidence from Tsarnayev's room, including a laptop and fireworks used for production of explosives.
