The Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan has patented the 'Azerbaijan breakfast' brand. The new brand is already licensed by the State Copyright Agency, the head of the Ministry Abulfaz Garayev reported.
"The aim of this project is to provide a national breakfast in the international cooking and catering facilities in the form of a sample of Intangible Cultural Heritage," abc.az quotes the minister as saying.
During the European Games in Baku, Azerbaijan breakfasts will be presented to guests of Baku hotels, but after the games the project will be expanded and will be patented as the trademark AB, the Minister said.
