Yesterday in the Grozny district of Chechnya, after large-scale construction and rehabilitation works, the village of Dolinskiy was opened in a solemn ceremony, the press service of the head of Chechnya and the Chechen government reports.
The opening ceremony was attended by the head of the republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, Russian State Duma deputy Adam Delimkhanov, chief of staff and head of the Chechen government Magomed Daudov and other officials.
Reconstruction of the settlement, affected by natural disasters and hostilitiesx began in mid-April of 2015 on behalf of Ramzan Kadyrov. A special operational headquarters, headed by the minister of housing and communal services of the Czech Republic, Aslambek Aydamirov, was established. According to its decision, the village of Dolinskiy is divided into 10 sectors assigned to the ministries, departments and municipalities of the country.
