According to the Moscow Emergency Management, a hurricane is moving towards the capital of Russia. "Today, from 18:00 hours to 07:00 westerly winds of 5-10 m/s with gusts of up to 12-17 m/s are expected,’’ the department reports.
According to TASS, the hurricane could break power lines, fell trees and billboards. Residents of Moscow are recommended to close windows and not to park cars under trees.
