Chechen Muslim administration issues fatwa on ISIS

Chechen Mufti Salah Mezhiyev said that the local Muslim administration issued a fatwa on ISIS, stating that the terrorist organization contradicts Islam and threatens the religion. The mufti added that members of such organizations should either be put to death or isolated from the society, according to Islam.
