The Pew Research Center conducted a survey, according to which about 60% of NATO countries' residents are against arms supplies to Ukraine.
59% expressed disagreement with plans to supply weapons to Ukraine. In Germany the plan was supported by 19% of those polled, while in the US the share of arms supplies' supporters stood at 46%.
70% among allied countries are ready to send economic aid to Ukraine. In addition, 57% also support Ukraine becoming a member of NATO.
The survey was conducted in the period from April to May this year in 8 NATO countries: Great Britain, Germany, Spain, Italy, Canada, Poland, the US and France.
