Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov said that two military campaigns had a
negative effect on flora and fauna, Yuga.ru reports.
He also pointed out that citizens visit the mountains for hunting.
Kadyrov urged people to halt this activity. He noted that the
authorities are transporting wild animals to the region to help nature
recover.
