The authorities of Karachay-Cherkessia will spend over 11 million rubles on New Year celebrations for orphans, disabled children and first-graders, the head of the republic's press service reports.
The order was signed by the government of Karachay-Cherkessia, RIA Novosti reports.
It is also said that on the 24th of December the Republic's New Year Tree will be revealed, and from the 25th of December New Year performances will be organized for children in the republic's drama theater.
