On Monday evening arrested the police officers 26 citizens of Turkmenistan and Armenia, who after a quarrel between a few of their compatriots had intended to solve the arguement in a big brawl on the outskirts of Stavropol, RIA Novosti reported, citing a source in law enforcement in the region.
According to the source, about 70 people aged 20 to 25 years (20 and 50 Turkmen, Armenians) gathered that evening in the outskirt of Stavropol and behaved aggressively. In order to prevent the violence police had to arrest 26 men. 60 policemen were involved in the operation.
