Over 100,000 people in Vladikavkaz were left without water on
Wednesday due to an accident at a water pipeline, RIA Novosti reports,
citing the chairman of the Housing and Public Utilities of Vladikavkaz
Igor Shatalov.
The southern and central parts of the right bank of the River Terek were
left without water.
