Jordan will host an Azerbaijani cultural festival from November 29 to
December 3, the Azerbaijani embassy in Jordan says, Trend reports.
An Azerbaijani delegation, headed by the Azerbaijani Minister of
Culture and Trourism Abdulfaz Garayev, will visit Jordan to take part
in the ceremony at the Royal Center of Culture in Amman.
Azerbaijani Ambassador to Jordan Elman Arasly, the Culture Minister of
Jordan Nabikh Shakum, members of the Senate and parliament, officials
of the Jordan-Azerbaijani Friendship Society, diplomatic missions, the
publicity of Jordan and Azerbaijani Chechen and Cherkess communities
will be at the opening ceremony.
Azerbaijan is holding a cultural festival in Jordan for the first
time. Besides cultural events, Azerbaijan will donate over 150 books
about Azerbaijani history, culture and development to the National
Library of Jordan.
