A phone mast was blown up in Dagestan on Monday night, RIA Novosti reports, citing a source in the local law-enforcement agencies.
An improvised explosive device was set off by a container with equipment for the "Mobicom-Caucasus" company's phone masts, equivalent to five kilograms of TNT. No injuries were reported.
