The head of Taganrog, Nikolai Fedyanin, is the winner of the
All-Russian contest entitled 'The best head of a municipal formation'
in 2010, Yuga.ru reports.
The award ceremony took place in Moscow in the Finance University of
the Russian government.
The event was organized by the Russian Ministry of Regional
Development and is held for the fifth time. Over 40 Russian subjects
took part in the contest.
Fedyanin said that the contest is aimed at finding the best
specialists and advanced practices of municipal management, expansion
of innovative experience in solving local problems and stimulating
business activities of municipal authorities and local autonomies.
