Moscow today presented South Ossetia with 218 residential and non-residential buildings built in Tskhinval by the Moscow authorities, RIA Novosti reports.
After the conflict with Georgia in 2008, the South Ossetiona capital was left heavily damaged, and Moscow helped the city to recover. Among the 218 buildings 197 are residential houses, kindergartens, and a school.
