According to Interfax, at 10:55 am cargo aircraft holding 30 tons of humanitarian aid landed in Makhachkala.
In addition, from Makhachkala to Tsibari a column of 7 cargo vehicles left at 9:30 am with humanitarian aid from North Ossetia, Karachai-Cherkess and Chechnya.
After the fire hit the village, all the population was evacuated. 50 buildings out of 95 were destroyed.
