Alexander Khloponin proposes creating private kindergartens in North Caucasus

A state support system which promotes private and family kindergartens
will help to reduce queues at kindergartens, the Presidential
Plenipontiary Envoy to the North Caucasian Federal District, Alexander
Khloponin, said on Monday, RIA Novosti reports.

According to him, "mechanisms which are actively used in other regions
- private and family kindergartens" have not been introduced into the
Caucasus in any way.
