The students and staff of the Russian State University for the
Humanities in Moscow request the Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika to
protect them from a telephone terrorist, who has reported about a bomb
in the university for the ninth time in a row, RIA Novosti reports.
The constant false phone calls about explosive devices may ruin the
autumn session of the 2010-2011 academic year and the reputation of
the university, the letter says.
Gazeta.ru had reported earlier that the police surrounded the
building, however there was no evacuation. The phone calls are made on
Wednesdays at different times and are aimed at cancelling the lessons.
