Not a single Chechen will participate in the actions on the streets of
Moscow or any other cities and no social figure of the Chechen people
is calling for participation in such actions, Chechen leader Ramzan
Kadyrov said.
He considers calls for unsanctioned protests in Moscow on December 15
provocative. Kadyrov said that there is a false document on the
Internet believed to be signed by Chechen officials. The Chechen
leader called it a fantasy of the organizers of the disorders on
Manezhnaya Square, RIA Novosti reports.
He said that Russia’s enemies are trying to lure radical youth to
Yevropeyskaya Square by giving false information about Caucasian
groups gathering there.
Kadyrov ordered his view to be brought to the attention of all the
Chechen families living in Moscow and other regions of Russia. He
added that if any Chechen allows himself to take part in the mass
protests in Moscow he will be punished according to the traditions
that forbid disobedience to the elderly.
